Shipping

Shipping is easy and affordable. We have a fixed charge of $7 for orders under $50, or if your purchase is over $50, your shipping is free!

Returns

While we would love not to have anyone complete a return, we understand that sometimes it has to happen. If you need to make a return, it can be done thirty (30) days after the date of delivery of the item. The return policy does not apply to custom orders. All sales are final for custom-order items and can only be exchanged in case of a physical defect or damage during shipping.

Exchanges

We get it. 3D Prints can be fragile. Sometimes, they break. Sometimes, they break in transit. Up to thirty (30) days after the item's delivery, we will gladly exchange or replace an item that has been damaged at no cost to you.
